No extra sheets will be allowed either printed or digital.  If handwriting your form, please make sure printing is legible, and do not attach any sticky notes. If your computer cannot handle pdf format, a word document may be substituted but MUST be in the same format and with the same characters restrictions as the original form. For this sale, each consignor will receive ONE PHOTO regardless of number of animals consigned. For each animal or pen of animals, your free listing will include name, registration number, birth date, breed and ONE 75 character line of information, which can include pedigree, milk records, etc. A complete pedigree will be read at the sale. If you wish to have more information or photos listed in the catalog, a paid advertisement is now available at the bottom of each of these new consignment forms. This ad will appear in the catalog on the page where your lots are listed. Thank you!
