CONSIGNMENTS
Only the forms provided below and in the center of the catalogs are to be used when consigning animals. No extra sheets will be accepted, either printed or digital. If handwriting your forms, please make sure your printing is legible, and do not attach sticky notes.
PHOTOGRAPHS
One photograph per farm will be printed along with your free listing in the catalog. Extra photographs may be included in advertising as described below.
ADVERTISING
Quarter, Half and Full Page Advertisements are available for sale, if you wish to post more information or photos about your consignments than is available with your free listing.
Each Registered Animal or Pen or animals receive a free listing that contains one photograph, the name, registration number, birthdate, breed, one line about the sire and his pedigree, one line about the dam and her pedigree, and one line of information, which can include pedigree, milk records, etc. Pens can also include herd informaton, such as RHA, Peak Prod, BF % and Prot %. If more information or photos are desired, advertising may be purchased.
